How can I try it out?
Our sales staff can demonstrate the system and provide you a login on our guest hub. If you do choose to cancel your account in the future you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. Refunds can not be issued for more than one month and we don’t prorate for partial months.
How many vendors can use my hub?
You can have unlimited vendors connecting to your hub to receive work orders. Each vendor is responsible for a $10.00 monthly access fee. The vendor/technician gets work orders you assign to them and builds your maintenance library in the process.
Can I change plans at any time? Yes. Simply contact techsupport to have your plan changed.
Are there additional fees?
No. The prices you see above are all inclusive. Only the Vendor access fee to allow 3rd party vendors access to your work orders. You can access your data from anywhere without any additional costs.
